"L'emplacement , la propreté, climatisation , équipements parfaits .nous avons passé un super séjour .gentille attention avec quelques capsules de café d'avance ."

"Maison très bien rénovée, propre, confortable, bien chauffée. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires."
"Manque de luminosité. La maison donne sur une rue où il y a pas mal de passage, il faudrait mettre des stores sur la baie vitrée de l'entrée...au lieu du rideau noir qui accentue le manque de lumière... Il n'y a pas 3 chambres séparées mais une chambre avec lit double et canapé lit et une autre chambre séparée en deux uniquement par une cloison, mais pas de porte. Ça ne correspond pas vraiment à la description faite sur Booking. La cour n'est pas en très bon état. Enfin, dans le logement, il n'y a aucune information, concernant le fonctionnement du chauffage par exemple, ce que l'on doit faire des poubelles (on ne peut les mettre nulle part et on ne connait pas le jour de passage...), ce que l'on doit faire en fin de séjour. Il serait judicieux de mettre un petit cahier ou porte vues avec un minimum d'informations sur le logement et la commune de Civray."

"The house has the highest comfort, even the outside shower has warm and cold water. It is built on two storeys. Every storey has its own bathroom. There a to washing maschines. The bedrooms have much more many places to sleep in than we needed. Everything is comfortable and with enough space to feel good. The beautiful beach is just across a little street. The garden is nice with tastly lighting in the dark. The owner is overwhelmingly friendly and makes you welcome in a lovely style."
