"The apartment was well presented. The security to get into the block/ apartment was also excellent. It was clean and well laid out. The balcony gives extra space and views to the east. We were staying for a month and soon found it felt like home. The walk up to the apartment is steep and certainly gets you fit unless you have a car. The agent you contact with any problems that may occur at the property are brilliant. They reply instantly and sort it out instantly. Couldn't ask for anything more from them. Would recommend this apartment if you're not frightened of the uphill walk or steps....."

"On first arrival, the instruction to remove your shoes seems a bit patronising, but once you're in, you understand. The quality of the furnishings, the breathtaking attention to detail - I really cannot over emphasise how outstanding an apartment this is in a superb location in the slightly faded but no less beautiful grandeur of Vichy. The apartment has, as my husband described it, been dressed to within an inch of its life. 😂 This is not a bad thing - it's clear that the owner has considerable taste and internal design experience/skills and has gone out of her way to make this a wonderful and luxurious place to stay."
