"Great location! A 20 minute walk to the historic city but right on the doorstep to the main city with lots of restaurants etc. Host super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the apartment/gite. We were only there 2 night so didn’t really use kitchen but it looked great. Sofas comfy and relaxing. We were there in winter - but apartment was warm. Breakfast was excellent too. Would love to go back to see more of Carcassonne in the warmer months…would definitely go back here - would make use of the pretty pool area too! A hidden gem!"

"The house is beautifully decorated and has all the facilities you could need. The pool is a big plus! The hosts are very friendly and the whole atmosphere in the house is very relaxed. The dogs add a lovely touch! Breakfast was really good. Continental style with lots of choice. Couldn't fault it. The room was very big, bed very comfy and it was spotlessly clean. Location is also very good. 5 mins to the square in new town and 20min leisurely stroll to the medieval town. Would highly recommend and if we return to carcassonne would definitely stay in 45bb again."

"Great Hosts and a great location. They advised us where to go and how best to get there.vtheir recommendations for restaurants was excellent. Every morning at breakfast they were so interested in you, what you did yesterday and what you had planned, just the best hosts. The property itself was amazing in it's space, and interior design. You felt you were more like in a boutique hotel."

"We loved the feel of the place, an elegant home from home. We were made exceedingly welcome and it felt like staying with beloved relatives rather than the formality of a hotel. All very relaxed and so loved the family dogs being part of the ambience. Breakfast was perfect and simple. Relaxing by the pool, just coming in and out the building was all so homely that for us this was perfect. Our room overlooking the pool, lovely ensuite and comfortable bed ticked every box."
