"Everything was excellent. Check-in was done online, with instructions and the entry codes provided 24 hours before, all worked well. My room was clean and comfortable, and linen and towels were good quality. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the bus and ferry terminal, and right by the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants and shops a few minutes walk from the hotel, but the area was very quiet at night, and I slept very well. The receptionist was efficient and helpful and spoke excellent English. Everyone was very obliging. Breakfast was good, with hot food as well as bread, cheese, hams etc. Very good service from start to finish, and highly recommended."

"The hotel is good and decorated in a traditional style. It is located in the very center of Torshavn. The room is not big, but it is tidy. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is good. The Faroe Islands are unknown destination for most, but they exceeded my expectations with appearance, cleanliness, way of life and beautiful landscapes that are worth visiting. I recommend it."

"The location is great it's just in the middle of everything. Close to the teeminal, close to the supermarket, close to local public transport stops, cafes, restaurants. It's perfect. Safe."

"I had a bit of a heating problem, first it felt too cold and when i turned up the heater i woke up in sweats. Not big a problem since I only stayed for 1 night."

"My flight was delayed so that I arrived at 11pm. I had already checked in through the app and had PIN codes to enter the building and room smoothly. My return flight has been cancelled so while I was checking out Vilhelm offered to help reschedule my flight and also get another night directly paid by the airline. This was super smooth and quick. I've never seen sucu service offered before. It was a huge relief for me. He's incredibly friendly and communicative. The restaurant at the hotel serves Thai food which was tasty. Prices seemed lower than other restaurants especially considering the large portion. The elevator is antique but works faster than modern ones. The location is so practical that you can reach all atttactions in a matter of minutes."

"Whilst the bathroom is ok sized, the shower curtain is so close the wall that it sticks to your back. The restaurant had no veggie options. They did upon request but it would be great to have them on the menu. At breakfast, scrambled eggs had their own container but the bacon and sausage container shared the same lid so the egg can be cross contaminated for vegetarians."

"The location was very good, right next to the harbour and within an easy walk of the bus terminal. Reception was warm and welcoming, and easy to book in. My room was clean and tidy and the facilities were good. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice of foods, well cooked and as much as you could eat. The restaurant was also very good, the food was excellent, and the service spot on."

"Not really a question of what was not liked, but rather what was missing. There was a bar, but couldn’t find anyone to serve, so went out. It would also have helped if in my room was some tourist information about the islands, such as a bus route planner and time table, and even more useful a map of the islands and some information about the best tourist spots."

"Location was perfect, right by the harbour in the centre of town. I was made to feel very welcome when I arrived. The staff on the front desk were very helpful. I ate at the restaurant every night as there weren't many good options in town and the food was great with an amazing view."

"Location was pretty central was not really that far to walk to most places in torshavn bus station about 10mins from hotel yoy check inn online and download the app and you get your key code sent to you so you cant go straight to your room and can check out without going to the desk by putting a sign on the door saying you have left just a usual continental breakfast scrambled eggs bacon hard boiled eggs bread meat and cheese."

"The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillow was waver thin. My room was next to the music venue, and it could be heard, but it was not overly loud, so you could still get to sleep."
