"The location is at the Central place in Martintar. The owner was at the reception and there was someone to check us out. There was alot of parking space and the apartment is located at the heart of Martintar and accessible to supermarket and facilities. The apartment is worth its value. Highly recommend it."

"Air conditioning The Air conditions in the apartment had problems one one Ac in a room was not working and the other in the living room temperature could not be charged. Hygiene The Floor was not cleaned properly so as the main bathroom. Cooking pots was not washed, pressure rice cooker had maggots inside."

We originally booked a studio but due to some issues from the previous occupant, we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment at a solid discount. Apartment was spacious, clean and provided with many handy items such as stove, rangehood, kettle, washing machines, etc etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent location as well, opposite Jetpoint Martintar."
