"Our stay at the coconut farm in Mauritius was simply incredible. Surrounded by pure nature and wild beauty, we experienced something truly special and unique. It felt like being completely disconnected from everyday life and fully immersed in the peaceful wilderness. The breakfast was prepared with so much love and heart – always fresh and delivered to our accommodation every morning. You could really feel the care and passion in every detail. Christine is an great host. She takes such loving care of her guests and is always attentive and genuinely committed to making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. "The host was very friendly and made tons of arrangements for us. He picked us up from the train station, drove us to the grand canyon, and also drove us to the caves. He made a delicious Chinese breakfast that was included and we also paid extra to eat dinner there as well. The hotel is nice and quiet and pretty close to the Grand Canyon - though you will probably still need to drive there."

"At Finca Agroecológica El Rosal, I was treated as a special member of the family! Lily, Hermania and Ramiro warmly welcomed my friend and I, then arranged a set of tours to fill the afternoon and the next morning. We toured their 100% organic farm, learned about all the natural products they produce, met the animals and gawked at the beautiful vistas. After an amazing lunch, we helped harvest coffee cherries, then ground and roasted them for a delicious cup of Cafe Intag. For the evening, we harvested yuca, and made "pan de yuca" over the wood fire before settling into another delicious meal. In the morning we got to see where the women of the community harvest aloe vera and process it into natural cosmetics. The whole weekend was a lesson in biodynamic agriculture and generosity from a wonderful family living remotely in the beautiful Intag Valley! Don't hesitate to visit this Finca!"
