"Fabulous location overlooking beautiful valley. Very peaceful with grounds to stroll around - we may have been the only guests ( we were staying on weekdays!) Nice little balcony. Breakfast a short stroll away in the main block consisted of a choice of juices and a plate of mashed potato, scrambled egg, fried cheese and salami. Also coffee.Lots of good choices for evening meals too!"
"My only criticism is the bathroom. The shower sprayed very close to the wall so hard to get under it! Also no sockets near the sink. The only mirror was over the sink so hard to dry hair,etc."
"Location, location, location. Each room has its own balcony view of the mountains and the city of Constanza located in the valley below. Great layout. The breakfast buffet was what you'd expect. And the staff were attentive and accommodating."
"Better descriptions of rooms could be helpful for booking. I was most interested in the balcony and its corresponding view. I would have been happy to pay for a room with a larger balcony/better view, but this wasn't clear from the room descriptions. We were only staying one night, and didn't need a whole apartment, so I went with one of the simpler rooms. In retrospect, I would have chosen an apartment to get a more spacious balcony. The rooms were a bit outdated too."

"La Vista , la Comida , la Vegetación , Las instalaciones , Los animalitos , lo cuidado que está todo , la granja , lo acogedor , lo tienen todo ..."
"Podría mejorar el servicio y las atenciones , pero no estan preparados para recibir 80% de la capacidad , o les falta personal o se rezagaban, el restorante duran demasiado para servir y para cobrar había que ir a pagar directamente en caja . En el parque no hay nadie para algunos juegos de niños que requieren arneces como el Zip line que esta bueno pero sin eso no se puede usar . Solo personal es lo que necesitan o preparar mejor los que ya están . Solo vi una señora que servía el desayuno que se esmeraba por atender de una manera muy especial como una madre a sus hijos pero nadie le ayudaba. Y por último cambien las almohadas , están algo duras y muy grandes ."

"Lo único que no me gustó la colchón está súper duro y en el edificio donde estaba la habían unos huéspedes hacían mucho ruido hasta las 3 de la mañana y fue un poco difícil poder descansar hasta que se hicieron silencio, por lo demás solo eso eso."
