"Exvellent location, walking distance to Praia old Town but also the good local beaches. Staff very helful and available. Great you want to live Praia as local and not in a tourit Village. Rooftop swimming pool an extra bonus"

"O apartamento em que fiquei (Morabeza, em Palmarejo Baixo), em vez deste, é espaçoso e luminoso e localiza-se numa zona residencial tranquila. Dispõe de todas as comodidades, incluindo secador de cabelo e ferro de engomar. O wi-fi funciona muito bem. A pessoa que me recebeu (Maradona) é educado e muito gentil e atencioso."
"Este apartamento que tinha alugado, estava com um problema de infiltrações e, por isso, colocaram-me num outro em Palmarejo Baixo, num bom bairro mas sem fácil acesso a cafés, restaurantes e comércio (para quem não tem carro). O sofá precisa urgentemente de ser restaurado ou substituído. As almofadas da cama são desconfortáveis. Não dispõe de cafeteira ou máquina de café."

"Breakfast and dinner available on site was good. Lovely area to relax with verdant garden in a central courtyard. About a 15-20 min walk to the center but close to beaches which are mostly easy to access. Bars and restaurants close by but don't expect a very wide range of food choices. Local fish is excellent."
