"The appartment is very big and spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room area with a television. The location is very good as it is close to the city centre for exploring. The host was very nice and friendly and made sure we have everything we needed."

"We had a hard time finding the place with our driver without internet and when we arrived we weren't sure it's the right place as it wasn't marked very well and we couldn't reach the host immediately. The appartment was not dirty, but could be cleaned better, there were stains visible on surfaces."

"Ideale locatie om Mindelo te verkennen, en vooral de aller aller beste host die je je kan voorstellen: Samantha hielp ons met het vinden van de beste plekken om te eten en drinken in de stad, hielp ons met het wisselen van valuta, gaf ons tips voor muziek en optredens, we konden voor alles bij haar terecht. Zelfs dagen nadat we niet meer bij haar verbleven hielp ze ons als het nodig was, helemaal geweldig!"

"Karig uitgeruste keuken (maakte voor ons niet uit, maar je moet er geen enorm diner willen bereiden) en de verlichting is een beetje ongezellig. Verder niets aan te merken."

"The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The location was excellent, with close proximity to both the beach and the main town centre. While Wi-Fi would have been a useful addition, the local SIM card worked extremely well."

"We stayed in this apartment in Praia from 13.01.26 to 23.01.26 and were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment is spacious and clean, perfectly suitable for a long stay. It has two bathrooms and all the necessary appliances and kitchenware — everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is very kind and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Pedro, who is responsible for the apartment — he was extremely nice, helpful, and always available for any questions. The official check-out time was 11:00 AM, but our flight was at 5:00 PM, and we were kindly allowed to stay until 2:00 PM free of charge, which we really appreciated. The beach and the city center are accessible on foot, which is a big plus. We truly enjoyed our stay, and if we ever return to Praia, we will definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!"

"Un auténtico acierto, el apartamento está increible, muy cómodo, muy europeizado, tienes todo lo necesario para la vida cotidiana, construido en buenas calidades. Plancha de ropa con su tabla, tendedero, la cocina muy completa, con productos de limpieza, lavavajillas, tostadora...lo tienes todo. A pesar de ser un primero no hay ruidos, al ser el final de la calle estas cerca pero no estas en una zona de paso de gente ni vehículos. Cabe destacar la piscina en la azotea y la amabilidad del personal de la recepcion 24h. El anfitrión muy comunicativo y resolutivo. Desayunar en la terraza con vistas a la playa es un lujo extra, la terraza se encuentra abrigada en la época de vientos, ya que está orientada al sur."

"Our host Camila was fantastic, always ready to help. She recommended good places where to eat. Also, we were able to check-in earlier. That was very much appreciated after travelling the whole night. The apartment is new, comfortable and well equipped. The wifi worked very well. The MedSal residence is located not in center, but it takes only 10-15 minutes walk to the centre and to the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely recommend to other quests."
