"This was a little oasis right at the end of the Malecon in Quepos. The pool was cool and refreshing and there were peaceful outdoor areas to sit. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good."

"We didn't realize that there was no refrigerator in the room which is becoming more important in the heat for cold drinks."

"Location is convenient depends on what you have planned to do: close to the sea and center but far from the beach where to swim. The lady owner is very friendly, available and helpful. Was also really a pleasure talking to her."

"Very peaceful location, but right next to the street. Comfy beds, strong wi-fi and plenty of space inside the room. Very helpful in arranging tours in the area. Would book again."

"Very poor noise insulation, you can hear TV programmes from the neighbouring room. A breakfast could be offered, they have the facilities, but there isn’t one."

"Located few minutes walk from the main road, supermarkets and caffè but yet very quiet. Each room have their own balcony/terrace with hammock. There is a common kitchen, but it closes at 9pm and open around 8 am."

"We loved the location, the easy access to the river was amazing… you get to enjoy it throughout your stay without paying the fees that you would have to at the tenorio volcano park. It was very clean and simple. Amazing staff, great breakfast while enjoying the view… tucans!"

"The staff at Dreams lodge are great, super kind, this is a tight run business by the owner (Milady). I found everyone very responsive to any requests or concerns. The breakfast pancakes were excellent too. Breakfast in general was good. You can see animals in the morning where the staff put out some food.too. unfortunately we didn't catch the monkeys but apparently these are common in the grounds."

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful, and the park-like garden was truly amazing, with many animals that our children loved. The pool was also very nice and perfect for relaxing. As a family with two small children (ages 3 and 5), we felt extremely comfortable and welcome. It was a lovely place for families, and we really enjoyed our time there"

"The art inspired inside out houses are in the Jungle with monkeys, sloths, butterflies, birds, fireflies and little deer things (Agouti perhaps). Mostly sat in rocking chairs and watched the wildlife, like glamping in a wildlife park (monkey picture below was taken from the house). Picture perfect (and quiet) Caribbean beach is a one end of the site, good for a swim, little board / body surf and watching pelicans fish. Walking up the beach to Punta Uva (3km) for lunch, wildlife spotting and an optional snorkel on the reef was a daily activity. Moca Beach restaurant, nearby up the beach, is very good in the evening (bring a torch - iPhone torch works). Uber is in the area, they prefer cash. Support from staff (Masai) was great, especially when the rental car went kaput. Lots of info given on where to shop, visit, trips and wildlife. Congo Bongo was by far the best accommodation / location / experience during our trip in Costa Rica."
