"Really liked the cabin placed on the hillside with all the trees and their colors."

How close the cabins are to each other… Had a big family next to us that was loud out on their deck.

"Nice and cozy log cabins, good location, quiet and clean. Shower drain clogged - reception staff immediately came and fixed. Transport to the slopes on time, fast and comfortable. Restaurant amazing food, service was a bit slow but no rush in holiday isn’t it ? Good pricing too. ( half price or even more comparing to a meal at a proper restaurant in uk - not Weatherspoons ) Cheaper than Romania comparing to what resort has to offer in Borovets than Poiana Brasov."

Heating was difficult to set in the upstairs bedroom - either too hot either cold. Would love to see some attention to the small details and some improvements with the heating.

"I absolutely loved the place! I came together with my friend with intention to relax and chill. The place was super cozy, relaxing and in a lovely calm area. When we came in november, there were still some wedding decoration left on the staircase (from the owners sons wedding the month before), and as a future bride myself I felt enchanted! There is a small village (Hog Harbour Village) nearby, about a 20 minute walk, where you can buy local bread and fruit. Accommodation is very basic but serves its purpose. Mosquito coils and nets are provided. The local who looked after us, Melody, was very welcoming and kind, and made us delicious breakfasts and dinners. There were no kayaks available but they can be rented from the neighbouring Lonnoc Beach Bungalows."

Drainage in the shower is poor and the floor quickly becomes wet and muddy. Facilities are very worn out. The room has no shelving to put your belongings; this would be a great improvement. If you are on a budget, keep in mind that pretty much the only food options in the area are the restaurants at the lodge or at neighbouring accommodations, where a meal costs 1500-2000 vatu per person. The food is delicious though and there are local dishes - the paw paw curry was phenomenal.

I was not impressed with the fact that I was asked to pay additional fees charged by the host on checking my booking these fees were not added to my original booking at the time of booking the property. The host explained that these are the fees chargred by booking.com to her which I suspect is passed on.

لايوجد سوبر ماركت قريب.. يجب ان تحضر احتياجاتك الغدائيه معك.. والغرفه لا تحوي فرن ولكن فيه طباخ كهربائي يفي بالغرض.. والمكرويف في الخارج ولكن ممكن استخدامه.. ويوجد مكان خارجي مجهز للشواء بادواته. بسعر اضافي.. لايوجد شطاف بدورات المياه

"Property well positioned to experience Chobe and day trip to Victoria Falls."

For a family of four it was a bit tight spaced, but not unmanageable. Just for awareness - it is one bedroom and the sleeper couch serves as second bed.

The staff was not to helpful when getting us a bajaji or boda. The restaurant food was amazing, even though paying additional 2$ for eggs for breakfast is way to overpriced compared with what you get at other hotels.

"اكواخ لطيفة وتصميمها جيد ، الاسرة كانت مريحة ونظيفة .. تعامل فريق العمل كان لطيف جداً ومتعاون وكانت السيدة التي سلمتنا الكوخ تتحدث الانجليزية مما ساعدنا كثيراً. السعر الذي دفعناه كان عادل جداً نظراً لقلة السواح في منتصف مايو .. يوجد شطاف في دورة المياه"

الحمام ضيق جداً ، ذكروا في الوصف ان هناك مطبخ متكامل في الكوخ ولكن الحقيقة انه لايوجد في الكوخ حتى سخان ماء وانما مطبخ خارجي ونظراً لعدم وجود سواح في وقت اقامتنا كان المطبخ شبه مهجور وقد كانت مضيفتنا لطيفة حيث طلبنا منها ماء ساخن لعمل الشاي.

You have to bring cash to pay for the room. The toilet and shower (both very clean) are in a separate house. So you have to make short walk (15 meters) I had problems to find the location in google maps. The location I found was not the location of accommodation. Finally somebody helped us to find the proper location.

"We loved this place - set out in the middle of the rain forest with little other than toucans, howler monkeys, bats and agouti for company. I admit that if you are looking for a bland, all inclusive resort - La Ceiba may not be for you. But if you you want to sleep in the rainforest then this place is beyond perfect. There's a decent track about 400m long from where you park to the accommodation. It is lit at night - watch out for snakes and you'll definitely see frogs."

Just a suggestion - you should promote the work of the Jaguar Rescue Center more. We stayed here partly because the money is used to help wildlife - but many people may not make that connection and so may not go and visit the JRC

"Wonderful little getaway, greeted by the most charming host and beautiful, peaceful, tranquil surroundings. Saw the sunrise with coffee and breakfast on the private terrace/decking area. A must if you are in the area."

"The cottages are nicely located, with enough space between them for privacy and nearby the river. The hotel restaurant was very nice and convenient, as well as the bread service in the mornings. And the beds were good."

The bathroom was extremely tiny. Literally showering above the toilet, smaller than boat cabin bathrooms! Quite weird for the given space in the cottage. Also the cooking facilities were fairly cramped, you cab only fit 2 small pans if you're lucky. However, it worked out well enough for us. Lastly, there are a lot of playground facilities for the kids, which sounded nice, but they were also located right in front of (most of) the cottages, which can make it quite noisy (depending on which children are playing there).
