"النظافه موقف السيارات وياخذونها منك ويردونها متى ما تطلب اسلوب الاستقبال الافطار عبق رائحة الممرات يفتح النفس المكان مشرف على لوزان وباتجاه البحيره لمن عنده سياره البحيره قريبه جدا وفي parking بالقرب من البحيره جميل توقف سيارتك فيه وتتمشى على بحيرة لوزان والتي هي امتداد لبحيرة جينيف فندق 🏨 5 stars ⭐️ جميل بكل ما تعتيه الكلمه"
"ملاحظه اتمنى ان تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار : عند الحجز من poking حجزت غرفه بشرفه مطلة على البحيره وعند وصولي تم ترقية الحجز من قبلهم وذلك على حد قولهم ولكن اعطوني غرفه واسعه ومطله على البحيره ولكن بدون شرفه !!"
"كل شي لن اتردد في الحجز فيه في المرات القادمة الفندق فخم جداً واعجبتني ديكوراته طاقم الاستقبال ودود جداً ومتعاون الى ابعد الحدود اشكرهم جزيل الشكر جميعاً واخص بالذكر الاخ فرانسوا تمنيت ان ألقاه عند خروجي من الفندق لكي اشكره على خدماته ولكن لم يكن موجود شكراً جزيلاً لك يا فرانسوا"
