Hotel Pollux is located on the main street (Bahnhofstrasse) in the heart of Zermatt, just 200m or two minutes walk from the train station. Our cosy rooms combine modern design with rustic elements. "Everything about this hotel was very good...the staff very courteous & friendly. The room on the 4th floor was really nicely appointed though medium sized but with a balcony & view of the Matterhorn. Good facilities too & nice bathroom. Breakfast was very nice with eggs to order & sausages & bacon too. Making our own orange juice was a wonderful touch added. By & large well had a great stay in Zermatt & happy to have chosen this charming hotel."
