"Great location on the lake. Easy walking to shops and chairlifts as well as the buses. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of items and good coffee. Staff were very pleasant and happy to help."
"No kettle in the room although front office staff were happy to get hot water for me, though that is not ideal. Room was very hot and no fan. Yes, it was a hot summer and Switzerland is not used to this, however the hotel should be prepared, even having a few pedestal fans available would help."
"Location is stunning. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is more than perfect. Beds were so comfy and the ambience of the whole place is bang on. Really want to go back in the winter... It's an old building and a little quirky but everything works and would stay here at a drop of a hat again."
