"Clean, warm, lovely staff! I loved our little patio and TVs all had YouTube/netflix. Views of the Matterhorn were unmatched!"

"All the staff are very friendly and helpful! For skiers/snowboarders, the location actually perfect. Balcony is facing Matterhorn, just next to the public view point, therefore it’s on the hill, however you can ski/snowboard directly from route 2 ( through the woods) lol so highly recommend this hotel"

"I loved how private and cozy the place was! It's a little bit outside the town, so you're away from the rush of the town. The owners are adorable and provided special breakfast food for my gluten and lactose intolerant friend. In the afternoon you can eat cake and drink tea for free in the lounge, it's so comfy"

"Hotel offered free taxi service from train station because it takes 15 minutes to walk up to the hotel and with luggage is not so easy. Staff is friendly and communicated with us before arrival of how to locate the taxi. Breakfast is wonderful with high quality standard. View of Matterhorn from our loft is great and the balcony is great to sit outside and enjoy the view. Hotel is good location , a little bit away from the busy touristy Zermatt village."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The rooms were large and the views of the Matterhorn were amazing. Breakfast was fabulous. Could order scrambled eggs or omelets. Most of all the owners were beyond fantastic. Will definitely be back’"
