The reception if im not mistaken her name was Ellen and she gives special atmosphere to the hostel itself. Very positive, helpful and has very kind heart."

We also asked for the trash in the room to be taken out and for clean towels, but even though they said it would be done, the bathroom bin was not emptied and no fresh towels were provided. It would be great if they could pay a bit more attention to these details."
