"Excellent helpful staff. Rooms beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. Bidet was a nice feature often lacking in Europe."

"Bathrooms lacked privacy."

"Excellent location and a very spacious suite that had a partial lake view! It was my son’s birthday and the hotel staff had organized a cake and small gifts as a surprise at the arrival in our room! Very lovely gesture! The reception staff were all very nice and the newly renovated parts of the hotel are beautiful. We would definitely stay again as very good value for money."

"The hotel is currently under renovation and the breakfast is served on the 5th floor in a kind of worn out space and the options are not great for a 5 star establishment. However, having known this in advance as the hotel sent us a message beforehand it still works out fine."

"Warm Staff Politeness Clean Accessible Professionals"

"Proximity to all amenities. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very clean room."

"The gym was not as modern or as inviting as one would expect for a 5 star hotel. For the amount paid, I think full breakfast should have been included."

"Great hotel, fantastic location and great staff. the room was a bit small but overall amazing quality"
