"A hidden gem. Helpful and pleasant staff. Good quality food with much locally sourced and homemade. Sadly the hotel is now surrounded by apartment blocks so hidden away in a residential area. Well known and frequented by business travellers and deserves to be more widely known."

"Excellent overnight stay in Arbon. This hotel is not near the center but if you are driving it doesn't matter. We had a warm greeting and found our rooms clean, comfortable, and had all necessary amenities. We opted to eat dinner at the hotel and found it was excellent, and we could even sit outside. The breakfast was also very good. There is some construction near the hotel to be aware of. Special thanks to Lena for being so hospitable."
