"The man on reception was awesome he went above and beyond in every aspect of my stay"

"Nothing really"

"We had a great stay at Hôtel des Alpes in Geneva. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated after traveling. Initially, we were given a room that wasn’t in the best condition, but after mentioning it to the staff, they immediately took action and changed our room. We were very happy with how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. The rest of our stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and everything felt clean and cozy. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. We did miss having a few more vegetables available, but overall it was still enjoyable, you can’t have everything! The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to the city center and very close to the train station, which made getting around extremely easy. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely consider coming back."

"Staff very friendly. Bed was comfortable except pillows. Room was great and street view from floor 5. Breakfast excellent. Location perfect"

"Pillows look big...until you put head in them and they become too thin. I learnt to fold them in two and then they are good !"

"We thought the location of this hotel was excellent, very close to the main station and within easy walking distance of the lake. There are plenty of restaurants close by which gave us a choice of menus in the evenings. The staff were friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast had enough variety for us and we enjoyed sitting watching the world go by as we ate it."

"Close to train station, bus station and Christmas market"

"Nothing"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located right in the city center, which was perfect. All amenities were available, public transport was very convenient, and we could easily walk to the Christmas market. Everything was within walking distance. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."
