The reception is available 24 hours a day. On request, a free shuttle service to and from Locarno Train Station can be organised. The Patriziale Golf Course is reachable within 800 metres and the Gerre Golf Course in Losone is a 4-minute drive away.

"A wonderful hotel with a beautiful spa area. I really liked that there is both an indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool. For those arriving in Locarno by train — the hotel is about 10 minutes away by bus (the bus runs every 15 minutes)."
"The photos of the rooms don’t fully reflect reality — the rooms don’t face the lake as shown on their page but overlook the inner courtyard. Also, the spa area with saunas is closed on weekdays prior 3 pm. (only the pool and jacuzzi remain open). So if you plan to spend some time in the spa on your check-out day, it won’t be possible. Still, I really enjoyed swimming in the pool and had a pleasant stay overall."
