A wood cabin but with all facilities such as fridge, single ring cooker, air conditioning, huge varanda with room for a dining table and chairs plus recliner chairs and a washing rack. Wonderful views of the Duero river. Pick up the train (one kilometre walk away) to Pinhao - 30 minute journey along the edge of the river-for food shopping and long, lazy lunches or to Porto for a day out. Rail fares in Portugal are very cheap and half price if over 65!"

"Amazing couple Paul and Daniela touring us around for three days with incredibly nice food from both , lots of stories and a unique itinerary to also see the non tourist areas! We met local kunas , snorkeled , swam and went to the nicest bar on one of the islands"

"Vlora's coat is so beautiful! I was amazed by the blue waters and the diversity. This trip is totally worth it . I am so glad we decided to do it. Make sure to have something extra to wear thought because the sea breeze is no joke. Had a great time with the host who was so friendly. He brought us some delicious home made snacks as well. "The location is great. Also it was an amazing experience to spend nights on a yacht. They serve very good breakfast."

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, too soft for our preference.

"A unique experience you will always remember. The private boat tour to the cabin with our guide Thomas was amazing. The view and serenity are second to none. The cabin is modern and clean. The bed is comfy. Temperature was great. The included food was delicious and so much."

Remember you are in a very fancy tent on the glacier lagoon rather than a hotel room :) All very clearly communicated so no surprise, but beware that the toilet is a fraction of an airplane toilet with no real door, there is no shower, and you need to be super careful with everything.
