"A different place to stay. A wood cabin but with all facilities such as fridge, single ring cooker, air conditioning, huge varanda with room for a dining table and chairs plus recliner chairs and a washing rack. Wonderful views of the Duero river. Pick up the train (one kilometre walk away) to Pinhao - 30 minute journey along the edge of the river-for food shopping and long, lazy lunches or to Porto for a day out. Rail fares in Portugal are very cheap and half price if over 65!"

A request: a reading light in the dining room/lounge area

"It was amazing in all aspects! I travel very often and staying at this place was one of the best experiences. The staff were extremely helpful,professional, and nice. Not only the location was amazing and just 10 minutes walk to metro and old town, but also the whole environment was very cute. They had a common kitchen that you can use to make your food and have it with an amazing view in addition to a common TV room that you can watch movies in a very cosy environment. Also a cute cafeteria that serves breakfast and coffee as well."

Small bathroom.

"The bed was super soft, and comfy. The manager was super lovely. We had come in from a day of hiking and it’s just what we needed."

When boss or manager comes in to restaurant without greeting customers and starts to discuss working problems with the staff infront of customers. He should come 30minutes before opening time and let the discussion go without customers.

"Very interesting experience! The boat is big, it’s like an apartment with all you need. It’s in the middle between Belgrade and Zemun. Very friendly owner."

Being a bit inexperienced at staying on boats it took us a while to fine tune the way we used things but hey, life’s a learning experience. Hot water did run out but easily overcome and, with a bit of communication, eventually fixed up. It’s a boat, not a 5 star Hilton; these things happen.

"Extremely friendly staff! Very nice surroundings, excellent location on the river. Delicious food with enormous portions. Simple, but clean and cozy. Fishing possibility on site."

Bathroom is needing little repair works.

"The ship was a really special place to stay, the location was perfect and it had plenty of room for all of us. Such a unique experience and we'd definitely like to come back!"
