"The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the accommodation is beautiful—the outdoor bed was a dream! The port pickup worked perfectly, and dinner at sunset was delicious. We especially loved the Uros tour; it felt so much more private and authentic than the usual crowded tours."

"This hotel is located in a quiet residential area few minutes walk from the main plaza Upon arriving at the airport a tax was waiting as requested. The check in process was smooth and I was given a large room with a bed to match . English is surprisly well spoken after having a challenge with hotels in Santa Cruz. They also arranged very pleasant tours to the vineyards. The breakfast was adequate for a hotel in that range . Will go back again for more tours ."

"The staff were so lovely and helpful. When I went to Valle de la Luna, Rolando have him his phone number in case of emergencies, which I really appreciated for safety. The location was also great. They were also very flexible when my flight was cancelled and I had to change my reservation at the last minute. Finally, when I rebooked after my flight was cancelled, I had booked a tipi with a shared bathroom instead of the private bathroom in my original reservation, and they tranquillizzata reached out to me to check if this correct (indeed, it wasn't, and they then changed me to a room with a private bathroom!)"
