"The place was really clean and the bathroom had lots of towels which is great. The room was pretty small but very cozy."

"Only minuses about the place is that there is no AC and the tv is really old so you can’t watch netflix or youtube but thats not that big of a deal."

"Lovely staff, very helpful and always someone around. Made very welcome, food was nice"

"Everything was very good. The staff was very friendly, there was a coffee machine, tea, a refrigerator and a balcony."

"Wi-Fi is too poor"

"Modern with good amenities and central location. Rich breakfast and friendly staff."

"Underground parking quite steep and narrow."

"Super friendly reception desk. Fantastic room. Clean big with kitchen. I had everything I need like a ironing board and iron, kettle, free water coffee, etc. A lady on a reception desk is duper friendly and flawlessly did everything I asked her for. Also super friendly waitress during the breakfast who honestly tried to make my stay super comfortable."

"Clean modern very spacious. Clean nice beddings. Comfortable mattress - amazing actually."

"The parking is small to manage your way in and out. No breakfast included in the price. Other than that all was very satisfying."

"The apartment was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Their attention and support throughout our stay made a real difference. Thank you so much for everything! If we return to Sofia, this will definitely be our go-to place. 😊 Highly recommended."

"I really enjoyed my stay—the room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, the walk-in shower was fantastic, and I loved relaxing on the balcony. The breakfast eas also very good!"

"The only thing it was that the pillow was a bit too soft for my preference, but this is really just a matter of perspective and didn’t ruin my stay at all."

"Viko is a great option in Sofia. It is an easy 15min walk to Vitosha Boulevard and also has a few eating options nearby. Located in a side street and is therefore relatively quiet. The apartment itself was huge.. we were 3 of us and the unit had ample space for 4 to sleep comfortably. The balcony is a bonus, especially if one is smoker. Good wifi. Very friendly and helpful staff. The previous occupant had left the kettle in a disgusting state - this was immediately replaced with a fresh, clean one."
