"The dinner experience at 'the Ensor'. I waited a long time, and when they brought the dinner, the fries were cold. I asked for new fries, and got a whole discussion about it (I should have told immediately: I did tell within 3 minutes). They took away the cold fries. At the end I finished my dinner and never got other fries. I called for parking in advance; and was told I could park two streets away, but that parking was full. Finally I parked along a very dangerous and busy road (1/2 km away), and had to carry the luggage and hold the child with me, and jump between parked cars when traffic arrived. There was no way to cross the street onto the dike as there is a wall of concrete about 1m high. So the parking was a scary nightmare (especially at night). Personally I 'm not much of a tourist for gigantic hotel structures, but for families who are looking for entertainment for everyone, it is a good place."

"Very large hotel which resulted in having to wait for empty elevators to take luggage up or down, as a large hotel, staff were very impersonal, despite advertising on site parking at €14 no parking was possible, with very little on street parking available."
