"موظف الاستقابل رفض ادخالي الا عند تدوين رقم بطاقة الفيزا والرقم السري وبياناتها وعند ااستفساري من كتابته قال هذا نظامنا مع شركة بوكنج واول مره يطلب مني شخص البطاقه سوا انهم يتاكدون من المعلومات وايضا طلبت بيتزا من بيترا هت لان المطعم مقفل حق الفندق وتفاجأت بعد نصف ساعه ان الطلب تتم توصيله وعند سوال الاستقبال اخبروني انه وصل من نص ساعه ولم يتم التواصل معاي او اخباري او توصيل الطلب لغرفتي ولم استطيع الاكل لانه اصبح بارد جدا وهذا تصرف بنفس الليله التي سكنت فيها بصراحة متفاجا جدا من الموقف"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Spacious and very well designed. We had a gorgeous room with enough space for myself, my husband and our 3 children! The hotel smelled lovely as we walked in and we were greeted with smiley faces on reception. The staff were brilliant and so helpful. Fantastic position with plenty public transport accessibility and some lovely coffee shops surrounding. Aldi is a few doors down too so ideal! The hotel was clean, and beds were comfortable. All in all it was a lovely stay and if we were to return to Brussels, we would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely break."
