This family-run hotel is housed in an 18th-century former brewery in the historic centre of Bruges. Maraboe features free Wi-Fi and wellness facilities, only 300 meters from the Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre (BMCC) and 700 meters from the Grote Markt. Hotel Maraboe offers sound-proofed rooms with satellite TV and a work desk. Guests can enjoy a daily Continental breakfast including fresh fruit, cereals and boiled or fried eggs. "Lovely hotel, nicely decorated, great location, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, hot shower, fairly priced."
"Room was too hot, cleaner kept turning radiators up! Pillows not comfortable, would recommend changing them or providing softer alternatives."
"Loved the location.Our room was comfortable and having a lift ,was appreciated, as we were on the 3rd floor..Parking was at the rear of the property and we were given the directions before we arrived.The staff were great and when asked about the sauna ,I only had to wait for an hour ,for it to be heated up.Again ,the location was perfect ,only a 10 minute walk to reach the centre of town."
"The plugs had two pins sticking out of the plug sockets ,so we only had one adaptor that worked .Never seen that before.The pins had to line up with two holes in our adaptor .Check you have the correct adaptors."

The Hotel is lovely,with many original features and our room was spotless and looked like it had been newly renovated. The breakfast room was very pleasant, as was the breakfast, with a good selection of continental items. Staff were helpful and efficient."

"The location of the hotel in Brugges was very close to the city center, there were shops for groceries nearby as well as bars and restaurants. For people with dogs there was a park around the canal 250 meters away."
"Although we had announced that we had a gluten intolerance through booking, somehow that didn’t get written down for our first breakfast there, however, the employee tried to help as as quick as possible. The pillows on the bed were not meant for sleeping, the sleeping pillows were in the wardrobe, which we only discovered the day we were leaving."
