"The location of the property was great for our group who were attending a music festival at De Spiral. The house has every possible piece of equipment you need for a comfortable stay, and the added bonus of the garden was great as the sun was shining every day. With LIDLS a 5 minute walk it was easy to get all the essentials needed."

"Le milieu est très calme, la maison nous convient énormement, par ses équipements et facilités(transports en commun, magasins en centre-ville, supermarchés).... Ma femme veut même acheter le bien si vous êtes intéressé...."

Le seul bémol est juste, en tout cas, dans la maison, la raideur des escaliers, la disposition de la porte d'entrée ( Si moi, j'étais propriétaire de ce bien , je créerai un hall d'entrée avec une porte avec clé, pour éviter, que quand on entre dans la maison, que l'on tombe directement au salon). Je trouve que, quand on a des petits enfants, la sécurité est de mise bien que le qurartier est calme."
