"في الاستقبال السيده تاتيانا تتحدث الانجليزية بطلاقه ، استقبلتنا في المطار بتنسيق مع سائق معتمد ومتعاون دلنا على محل تحويل العمله في المطار قبل المغادره . السيده مبتسمه بشوشه ومتعاونه ، الشقه رحبه ونظيفه ، التصاميم للشقق والبنايه بشكل عام جميل وغير تقليدي ، الفطور بسيط يعكس ثقافة اهل البوسنه . الأمان من بعد الله ، الدخول للفندق بمفتاح ممغنط وفوقها مافي ازعاج من بعد المغرب . عن تعاون المضيفه في الاستقبال بإختيار أماكن سياحيه وترتيب لنا خطه تناسبنا وترتب مسبقاً مع سائق . ولا ننسى ترتيب رحله ميدانيه بالباص لمدة 12 من تطلع الصبح الين ترجع وقت المغرب . وقت الخروج طلبت تمديد بسبب وقت السفر بالليل وافقت حتى بدون رسوم اضافيه"

She offered us comfort, security, and truly personalized attention to all our needs. Tatjana went above and beyond: taking the time to help us navigate the city, sharing great tips on where to eat and what to see, and even introducing us to local culture. Her warm hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed. We could not have hoped for a better stay or a more attentive host. The location is also incredibly convenient, making it a strategic spot to discover Sarajevo! The managing of the hotel changed hands not so long ago, so if it happens that you find something that for whatever reason does not match your expectations, just don't be shy to ask and you'll get it fixed quite fast!"
