"أعجبني موقع المكان حيث أن المكان يقع في البلدة القديمة وبجانب الأسواق إضافة إلى ذلك تعامل الموظفين كان رائعا ومتميزا منذ لحظة الدخول وحتى المغادرة وأنصح بالأكل من مطعمهم فلديهم أكلات لذيذة"

"I stayed at Hotel Emen in early February for work, and it was a wonderful experience. This small hotel is extremely welcoming, with spotless rooms and an excellent location in Mostar. The staff are friendly, attentive, and ready to help. I really appreciated their care and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!"

"I had a very nice two day stay at Hotel Emen in Mostar over New Year. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and very convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The Turkish breakfast was generous and very tasty. We also had dinner at the hotel once and the food was very delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I would happily come back. I recommend it."

"The staff was really nice and kind, the Turkish breakfast was big and tasty! Loved the location, near the old bridge (5 min) and the crooked brige (amazing views) and also lots of local stores, restaurants, souvenirs, etc! Room was as expected, clean and comfy bed 🥰"

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

"كان خيار جيد جدا ، والموظفين ودودن للغاية والخدمة جيدة جدا ، والطعام كان جيد ..كان هناك مشكلة بالغرفة وتم تبديل الغرف بشكل مباشر بدون أي فرق بالسعر والموقع جيد والتواصل جدا رائع ، وقد طلبت ان يتواصلوا مع سيارات تاكسي للوصول من والى المطار و تم تلبية ذلك بكل سهولة .. سأعود قريبا"

"I stayed in the hotel two times during my trip due to its location near the east sarajevo bus station. I liked it very much, the breakfast was included in the price which was great (I really enjoyed the meal there, the kitchen lady was extremely nice and brought my breakfast straight to the table). Staff was delightful to interact with in general and the reception is open 24/7. The room was plain, but comfortable. Important thing about the entrance because finding it may be tricky: you need to move past the gas station, turn left and go around the restaurant. Behind it, in the building's corner there's a door with the sign "Imzit hotel"."
