The heart of the hotel is the cocktail bar with an open fireplace. In the بيسترو you can admire one of the largest aquariums in Tyrol. Half-board includes a rich breakfast buffet and a 5-course gourmet menu. Meals are accompanied by first-class wines from the hotel's own wine cellar. The hotel's own bar and the cozy View Lounge are the perfect places to relax in the evenings. Cable cars and ski slopes are only 100 meters away and easily accessible by underground escalator. The cable cars take you to the Silvretta Arena ski area with 235 kilometers of slopes and guaranteed snow from the beginning of December to the beginning of May. Ski passes are available at reception. Ski and snowboard equipment can be hired at the hotel.

"Great food - I’m a veggie and every meal was delicious (though only one option unlike meat eaters). The standout though was the staff. Everyone was delightful and upbeat and went out of their way to help eg housekeeping searching empty rooms to replenish our mint tea bags. The laundry lady who had loaded her trolly into the loft but came and backed it out so we could use it. The Maitre d’ who moved tables so we could sit side by side as we struggle with hearing in noising environments."

The food was very good, especially the breakfast - it has a lot of variability, and the quality of the ingredients was really good. 5 course dinner was very good as well. We enjoyed the spa, especially the open air pool. The hotel is perfectly located for skiing - right at the entrance there is a tunnel to the lift."

"Although it’s a 4-star hotel, the atmosphere from the moment you arrive feels even better than in some 5-star hotels. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful—it truly feels like home. The spa is amazing, especially the outdoor one, which I absolutely love. We travel a lot, and this is one of the few hotels we return to—and we’ll definitely come back again. And it is so easy to get to the ski lift, there is escalator just outside which takes you the two ski lifts"
