It's also 3 minutes walk from the old town The staff are really kind and helpful The room size is good for 2 people only and the bathroom is clean"

"الفندق قديم والغرف قديمة، وحتى المفاتيح قديمة وثقيلة جدًا الخزنة الي بالغرفة مو كويسة ابدًا مرات ماتفتح معك مع اني ادخل كلمة السر الصحيحة فما أنصح احد يستخدمها. الدش حق الاستحمام يهرب موية وكان صعب الواحد يتروش بدون لا يعبي الحمام موية ومافي تصريف لها The hotel is so old and the rooms as well. The room keys were so heavy but you have an option to keep the keys at the reception whenever you want to leave The safety box is so old and not really working, It worked in the first time then suddenly stopped with all my belongings inside it and we had to wait till it worked again"

"It's a very good hotel, conviniently located near the old Town, yet away from the crowd of tourists. All the major supermarkets are nearby and walkable, it's near the main railway station too. Comfortable and clean hotel."

"The cleaning lady did not keep the usual tea / coffee items in the tray every day. It was kept only for 2-3 days out of 7 days. First time we asked for it but later tried to ignore it. This is little irritating. The so called fruit juice in the breakfast buffet was very dilute, almost watery without any taste. Why dilute it sooo much? Otherwise breakfast was good and quite interesting. Besides these two points, there is nothing much to complain about. We visit Innsbruck often, and would like to stay again here the next time also."

"Our room was incredible. We were upgraded from a double to the junior suite free of charge. The bed was really comfy and we had a marble on suite bathroom equipt with his and hers sinks and more towels than we knew what to do with. The hotel breakfast was super. Central in location the hotel had old school glamour with stylish lobby and communal areas. The staff were friendly, on hand and accommodating of an early check in. we didn’t have time to visit the spa facilities so we’ll have to come back!"
