Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

Large store Centrum 5 min. by car. The staff was great, helpful, courteous. The apartment has everything you need, spacious, photos correspond to reality. excellent value for money. "Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

Maybe the indoor pool had to be accessed through the outside, but maybe it was because the hotel was currently undergoing renovations. And maybe there were no changing rooms in the pool area.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"You don't have to meet anyone to check in, they will send you all the details before you arrive including the "code" to enter the building and room. "I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s

"Great location at the side of the runway. A short walk from Maho Beach and D’s bar which has an amazing viewing platform for the planes. Eric the accommodation manager was great and went the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
