"المرأة في الاستقبال كانت بشووشه جدًا ومتعاونه احببت ذلك🙏🏻 طلبت منها غرض معين واحضرته لي فورًا من منزلها يبدوا؛ وجود مواقف للسيارات كبير جدًا مرونة في مغادرة المنزل؛ لايوجد احد يخرجكم في وقت محدد بل تركنا المفتاح في مكانه وخرجنا وجود مسبح للاطفال رهيب وشراحة"

لايوجد واي فاي في الغرف؛ فقط بالاماكن العامة؛ البيت قديم بعض الشي والكهرب ضعيف وهذا امر طبيعي فهي قرية نائية؛ بيتي بالدور العلوي والمساحة ضيقه والسقف نازل تنفع ليلة كراحة بالطريق او ليلتين بالكثير ايضًا المكان صعب الوصول له بسهوله؛ والشارع ضيق خاصةً للي معاهم سيارة كبيرة؛ تسجيل وصولنا كان متأخر الساعة 8 بس توصلون فيه عند الاستقبال رقم اتصلوا عليه وتجي موظفة الاستقبال السعر غالي بالنسبة للغرفة

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"It is quiet and cool. Not too far from town. Friendly and pleasant staff."

The height and flight of stairs.

"The serenity of the place. The comfortable set-up. The spacious room. Friendliness of the hosts."

No provision of internet. Manual supply of water. Small shower.

"Staff were great, very helpful. Solid basic accom. Clean and functional. Perfect for our needs."

Breakfast could do with a revamp.

"Pristine; large, pleasantly decorated rooms; hot and cold water on each floor and coffee at reception; beautiful view out the back of the mountains. Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"The place is neat and well arranged. The attitude of the people was excellent. The atmosphere was very good and the amenities were excellent. Great value for the money place!!!"

"The room was comfortable and Clean. The day we arrived it was hot we used AC. Next day it was raining and super cold like 8 digress so they have Heater working. It was really comfortable. The family Running the Property was so humble and welcoming. It was nice experiencing local culture. The Husband was super helpful. The wife( reception lady) always have smile on her face. We feel like home. And main thing location was really in center of all tourists attention. And breakfast was super good"

"The ideal spot for Cavtat! Perfect for relaxing and for everything else! The hosts were amazing! Nick, Anne Marie and there family were so kind and generous. We stayed two days extra and it felt like home! With sun and a refreshing pool to keep cool."

We had to leave! No negative feedback whatsoever!

"We had a family room with a kitchen (all utensils included), which I highly recommend. The beds also had comfortable mattresses, fast internet, and adequate hot water. Breakfast is included in the price, including an omelet, salad, bread, and tea/coffee. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance."

The hotel is a bit tired and its age is evident. Our room also lacked a desk, forcing us to go down to reception to work on our laptop. After preparing a hot meal, we were forced to eat sitting on the bed, which was quite uncomfortable. But all these downsides are outweighed by the more significant advantages described above.
