"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"The room was large and comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the cleaning staff was amazing. The views from our room were great, overlooking Suva harbour. The location was central but a bit steep for us."

We are seniors, so walking up to the hotel was hard. The internet was not up to scratch, but all in all, I actually liked the place.

Some accesss to food - e.g., breakfast. Food on the island is extremenlty expensive from stores. Some neighbors were noisy.

There were laundry services available and breakfast was spectacular! The location was great - just a short walk from the supermarket and the main square. The staff was lovely!"

We stayed during the heatwave which I suppose is pretty rare. There’s no air conditioning but it was naturally quite cool in the apartment!

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"The property itself was really nice and it had everything. Be the location was very far from any shops etc . The beach was nice but a lot of sea grass and rough sea, there were a few beaches which were much better but you have to walk 25 minutes and when it is hot it was problematic . There was a nice large pool but there were no umbrellas so not shade at all ."

As I said the property itself was nice , clean etc . It was more the location that was far and no clean beach and no shade .

الاثاث متهالك جدا يحتاج تغيير خاصة اثاث غرف النوم نت الفندق جدا ضعيف صعوبة في الحصول على المواقف امام الفندق مباشرة .

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

There is no wifi/internet upstairs.

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

There was nothing to dislike.

"ترحيب الموظفين واستعدادهم لأي مساعدة أشكرهم جميعا . المكان جدا مرتب من ناحية المزروعات والعشب والورد وتصميم كل شيء جميل . الإطلالة خيالية عالبحر والجبال . المنتجع يحتوي على شقق بالمبنى وهي الأرخص بالطبع وكذلك يوجد الأكواخ عالبحر مباشرة وهي الأجمل . يحتوي المنتجع على باحة خلفية للمشي او استئجار الدراجة او البقي . صالة صغيرة للتسالي تحتوي على بلياردو وتنس طاولة والعاب أطفال . حمام سباحة مكشوف عالبحر ويحتوي على سخان ."

لايوجد اي خدمات قريبة من الفندق لكن المنتجع يحتوي على مطعم . لايوجد شطاف بالحمام . للأسف أُصِبنا بتسمم شديد من المطعم من طبق عجينة تحتوي على لحم ( دامبلنغ ) مع العلم أن الطعام كان لذيذ بشكل عام .

"Location was perfect, good access to Shinjuku station and plenty of shopping centres around. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Quick response from the owner on all messages."

If you’re tired of restaurant food and want to cook a simple meal, there aren’t enough equipment provided.

"Our apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Very well equipped. If you like tennis and golf the location will be superb for you, and also in general. The receptionist was very friendly, funny, kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!"

A couple of details... No shelf in the shower to put your soap and shampoo. On the floor or balancing on the shower handle.

"Secure car park right below the apt. Staff spoke very good English (uncommon in Spain). Kitchenette is good but washer is small (5kg). Location is good with walking distance to nearby supermkts. Room is comfy."

No AC and barely any heat from heater. Need to open windows for ventilation. Bizkaia Plaza is opposite of hotel and at night, there are people talking quite loudly (seems loud because the area is quiet at night). Car park space is also quite tight.

Cleaning service could come more often

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

"We loved this place. Any questions and concerns were answered in few minutes. The cleaning staff very friendly and professional. Location is 2 min from the beach."

The only downside in our opinion is no grocery stores in walking distance. You do need a car to move around.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.
