"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

الاثاث متهالك جدا يحتاج تغيير خاصة اثاث غرف النوم نت الفندق جدا ضعيف صعوبة في الحصول على المواقف امام الفندق مباشرة .

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

"Everything was great. Great location in a private area. To the beautiful beach 15 min. walk, 5 min. by car. Free entrance to the beach, beach towels were in the apartment. Large store Centrum 5 min. by car. The staff was great, helpful, courteous. The apartment has everything you need, spacious, photos correspond to reality. excellent value for money. Sncere recommendations."

"Great area, good value for money accommodation with easy 10-15 minute walk to the station. Good connections into Paris. A lovely little park by the hotel, excellent boulangerie opposite for breakfast and treats, supermarket and restaurants close by. Useful kitchenette for preparing snacks, light meal. "The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer, widescreen TV with Sky, lovely big sliding door with great views over Gib, as well as access to a pool and gym, with a Costa coffee in the foyer. It’s in a great location near some very nice restaurants such as Rendezvous, The Lounge, Monique’s, and Cafe Pepe (fabulous fish!) and a short walk to a nice tapas wine bar, Main Street, Casemates Square and only 20 mins walk to the cable car. The added bonus is being next door to Morrisons- we don’t want to eat out all the time so it is very convenient to have bread, cheese, salad, and wine on the doorstep. All the staff are incredibly nice, with a special mention for Kristina who gave us a really amazing room! I’ve been here for work many times, this is the first holiday we’ve ever had here and I highly recommend staying at Atlantic Suites - for a perfect holiday apartment."

Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

"Secure car park right below the apt. Staff spoke very good English (uncommon in Spain). Kitchenette is good but washer is small (5kg). Location is good with walking distance to nearby supermkts. Room is comfy."

No AC and barely any heat from heater. Need to open windows for ventilation. Bizkaia Plaza is opposite of hotel and at night, there are people talking quite loudly (seems loud because the area is quiet at night). Car park space is also quite tight.
