"I loved the value and how clean everything was. We had a great room. Use of the balcony and a pool. Myself and staff didn't speak the same language. But wow they were so so nice to us. They were helpful. Gave us an umbrella when it rained. Made sure we got the taxi to the airport. Helped with directions and anything else we needed. They were so so good even though all communication was via Google translate as we don't speak Armenian They really took time to help"

"The breakfast staff was terrible - we really can´t understand. At the reception was told us that the breakfast is from 9-11 and we need to ask 15 minutes before. Se we asked next day at 8:45, the lady for breakfast was still sleeping, and once she come, with very unpleasant face prepared the breakfast - very poor, no drinks, variability like in 1* hotel. We said, OK, maybe hard night before, and asked in advance for the next day for breakfast again at 9 (as include the hotel rules 9-11). We did not see ever such displeasing and unplesant face of the staff - like we would ask for breakfast at 6. Really, we don´t know where was the problem ... as we read all the perfect revies of friendly staff there, we can´t confirm it. Really I don´t want to have breakfast at 10 or later, usualy the hotels have breakfast starts at 7, here was problem at 9. Moreover the breakfast was quite poor, fine egss, little bread, small plate of veg, small plate of fruits, 3 kinds of jam, and 2 little cookies and coffee ... no more refill of anything. All for 2000AMD/person. I highly recommend to eat out in the city - really dissapointed with that, because all the rest in the hotel was more than perfect."
"Very cozy family hotel with small swimming pool. The interiors are nice with retro furniture (retro in a good sence). Location is good very close to the food market, only 15 minutes to the city center. In the room you can find fridge, TV and wi-fi."
