"من أروع تجارب السكن اللي عشتها! الشقة في سارندا كانت فوق التوقعات — واسعة، مرتبة، ونظيفة بشكل استثنائي. تصميمها جميل ومريحة جداً للعين، وكل شيء فيها ذكي لأنها سمارت هوم بالكامل، من الإضاءة للتكييف وحتى الأبواب. لكن اللي فعلاً ميّز التجربة هم أصحاب الشقة، أخوين محترمين جداً وتعاملهم راقٍ ولطيف لأقصى درجة. ما قصروا معنا أبدًا، ساعدونا في ثلاث مشاكل خارج الشقة بكل رحابة صدر، وهذا شيء نادر تلقاه. حسّيت كأني ساكن عند ناس أعرفهم من زمان. سعر الشقة بصراحة أقل من اللي تستحقه بكثير، ولو برجع سارندا ألف مرة، ما راح أختار غير هذي الشقة، والسبب مو بس المكان، بل التعامل الإنساني الرائع. أنصح فيها من القلب ❤️"

"I had a fantastic stay at Villa Marto in Sarandë. The place was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained — I would even say it's brand new place. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the manager, Viktor, who is a really nice guy and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. There is also free parking available, which was very convenient. The location is excellent as well — it’s only about a 10–12 minute walk to the port. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay, and I’ll gladly return on my next visit."

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this apartment in Sarandë. It was beautifully furnished, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the balcony. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

"A beautiful apartment close to the beach and the shops. The apartment building is new and very clean. Had everything we need in it. The balcony is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the 2 bedroom has Air Conditioning. We loved our stay at Villa Marto and would definitely recommend. Great for family. The apartment is very modern and quiet neighbourhood. Has parking facilities."
