"Our family of four had a fantastic stay here. The rooms and the view are exactly as advertised. The location was perfect: 1 min to the Lungomare walk, plenty of restaurants to choose from for both brunch and dinner. We enjoyed the walk all the way to the Old Town, but we took taxis when visiting St. Mary's Monastery and Hotel Liro. The owner was helpful. We had a small issue with the coffee machine initially. The owner came to the property to try and fix it, then he replaced it in about 5mins. On our last day, he was incredibly flexible. We asked to store our luggage for two hours after the 10:30 AM checkout, but he let us keep the room and the keys until we were ready to leave at 12 noon when the driver arrived."

"A few things to note (not complaints, just helpful info): Communication: There is no physical reception desk, but the owner is very responsive via the Booking.com message and google translate. Stairs: Our room was on the top floor and required taking the stairs. This wasn't an issue for us, but it’s worth noting for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Safety Note: Some parts of the walls along the stairs are low. Our kids (11 and 14) were fine, but you may want to be careful if traveling with younger kids."
