Comfortable apartment that looks like the pictures. Good bed, good tv, good wifi.
Great view out the balcony. Kitchen reasonably well stocked. Laundry was helpful.
The owner is in the same building and easily accessible.
The location is far from the centre but in a good neighborhood with tons of cafes, shops, and restaurants. Lots of life around.
I walked about an hour on some interesting streets to get to the centre, but there's also an easy bus right nearby.

"The property is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It’s perfectly located, in a quiet area. Next to the beautiful castle, not far away to the Shkodër city and lake. You have a beautiful Drin river about 25 minutes away.
The host is amazing, very helpful, extremely informative and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and not a single question has not been answered."
