"هو عبارة عن مجموعة شقق في الدور 12 ضمن عماره سكنية لكن يتميز العقار ان مدخل الشقق ومصعدها مستقل فمن المدخل الخلفي للعمارة مباشرة لموزع ومصعد بثلاث وقفات فقط الأرضي والرابع والثاني عشر سكنت شقتين 105 & 108 الموظفه كانت على تواصل معي بالواتس اب لمعرفة وقت الوصول لتسليمي المفتاح الشقق كانت نظيفه و جميله وفيها كل الاحتياجات الضرورية غسالة ملابس مطبخ صغير"

"الشقة في عماره سكنت بالدور 12 جدا نظيفة و بها كل شي تحتاجه من ادوات المطبخ تحت فيه بقال كبير و الاماكن السياحيه حولك و المنظر من الشقه جميل يوجد شطاف المضيفه جداً خدومه و محترمه"

"The staff were very respectful and friendly, and I liked that. The apartment is clean, even new, and I wished it had accompanied me throughout my stay in Kosovo, Montenegro, and Tirana. It has an elevator and a bidet in the bathroom. Exactly as per the pictures التقييم على شقة 105 بالطابق 12 تعامل الموظفين جدا محترم ودودين جدا واحببت ذالك والشقه نظيفه بل جديده وتمنيت لو ترافني طيلة اقامتي بكوسوفو ومنتنيقرو وتيرانا يوجد بها مصعد ويوجد شطاف بالحمام مطابقه تماما للصور"

The hosts were so helpful and kind, going out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible. Amazing location, beautiful walk around lake shkoder, minutes from the town centre. "A superb property to relax in, with excellent sauna and jacuzzi, and fabulous views and sunsets. The Spar supermarket just around the corner has everything you need. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Other guests have mentioned a small Romany camp below the apartment but this was not an issue at all, and in fact was being cleared when we left. Obviously the apartment is slightly out if town but a very cheap and easy taxi ride in.Ths is indeed a 'sublime' apartment and we can not recommend it enough - 10/10!!"

"Absolutely amazing place. The location is perfect, both the city center and the castle are within walking distance. There's a supermarket just in front of the hotel. The beach and lakefront restaurants are 5 min away with a taxi, and the staff helped us to book it. Everyone is friendly and helpful. 100% perfect"

"Has everything you need. Super spacious rooms with sofa, tv, fridge, kettle, washing machine and cooking appliances. Right next to a Spar shop too. Was great for a one night stop over. Staff were very friendly and messaged us in advance to help out."

"The location is about a 25 minute walk from the main part of Shkoder which has all the nice restaurants and bars."
