"We reserved in a very short notice and outside the tourism season. When we arrived the staff didn't even see our booking however this didn't stop them to give us the best attention. Since there was no one else there Alfred upgraded us to a suite and lit the chimney which made the room warm and cozy. He also made us coffee and tea and brought enough firewood for the night. He was helpful for every request we had."
