"I want to sincerely thank Rida from Reflections Hotel for being such an amazing person. He has helped me with everything I needed, and whenever I had problems, he worked with me to fix them. The whole team at Reflections is wonderful, but Rida especially stands out as one of the best staff members I have ever met. I have been going to hotels all over the UAE for the past 10 years, and I have traveled to many countries and places, but Rida is truly among the top people I have ever seen in hospitality. أشكر ريدا من فندق ريفلكشنز على دعمه الرائع ومساعدته المستمرة لي في كل ما أحتاجه، فقد كان دائمًا متعاونًا في حل أي مشكلة واجهتني. فريق العمل بالكامل ممتاز، ولكن ريدا يتميز بكونه واحدًا من أفضل الموظفين الذين قابلتهم على الإطلاق. لقد أقمت في فنادق عديدة في الإمارات خلال السنوات العشر الماضية وسافرت إلى بلدان مختلفة، ولكن ريدا يبقى من بين أفضل الأشخاص الذين رأيتهم يعملون في مجال الضيافة."

"Hotel Location is good. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good. Near to the airport, and the local shopping area."

"I expected the room to be spacious, and the room was tight, but comfortable."

"All good. However, I would like to suggest the following: • Staff require refresher training. • The QR code for the Room Service menu needs to be updated. • Expired F&B promotions are still appearing when scanning the QR code placed in the rooms."

"Everything was a 10/10 The service especially at the reception was outstanding. Even though our flight was delayed, they managed to arrange a room for us spontaneously, which we really appreciated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they even carried our luggage to the car and up to the room. Truly top service."
