The facilities are excellent well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and made our stay feel both relaxing and seamless. We especially appreciated how effortlessly they extended our stay, which really reflects their flexibility and commitment to guest satisfaction. The breakfast has been a true highligh fresh, varied, and beautifully presented each day. It’s easily one of the best we’ve had, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Overall, our experience has been exceptional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others."

"Lack of complementary and flexibility with activities. There seems to be a lot of unnecessary movement restrictions- walks, bikes. All activities are expensive."

"Sahan at reception is delivering exceptional customer experience! He goes out of his way to make sure that all clients are satisfied. The view from my room was just what I wanted. Will definitely visit again, although I would like to suggest that the "book for 2 nights and get the 3rd for free special" should be open to all booking platforms. I would have loved to stay 1 night extra if I had known about the special. I will definitely refer my clients. The breakfast was great! Caters for everyone's preferences and needs. Very welcoming atmosphere. I would just suggest to also have a "half board" option on all booking platforms."

"It is such a lovely place to be. We have been here several times and it is beautiful to see how the island develops over the years. The hotel is wonderful. We were upgraded to a villa and this was really an extraordinary experience, we were really grateful and happy. The staff is very friendly and always professional. We did a safari morning tour which was excellent, our guide was very knowledgeable and fun! There is a zebra now on island (hopefully more to come soon) and 2 servals, lots of other animals and nature. We did morning runs around the lagoon, it was amazing. The spa visit was relaxing and the therapists are so kind and know what they are doing. The restaurants are very good as well. We also ordered room service and it was very quick and excellent. Breakfast is lovely with lots of choices for all foodies. It was just a long weekend break but it felt like a full vacation."
