"رسوم المواقف مرتفعة رغم انها في البدروم كان المفترض تكون مجانية كما اذكر ان وقت المغادرة كان يجب ان يكون الساعة 12 مثل بقية كل العالم إلا انهم حددو الساعة 11 هو الخروج"

"اجمل شقة هذي ثاني مره اسكن فيها نفس الترتيب والاطلالة الجميلة وكل شي مجهز لايوجد اي ملاحظات ومواقف ارضية جميلة سوف اعود قريباً وموظفين ودودين ومتعاونيين جداً The most beautiful apartment. This is the second time I live in it. The same arrangement and beautiful view. Everything is equipped. There are no notes and beautiful ground parking. I will come back soon. "Uno de los departamentos más bonitos en los que he vivido. Esta fue mi segunda visita. Lo visité en 2019 y en 2023. Su ubicación es muy bonita, sus vistas son muy bonitas, tranquilas y frescas por la noche. estacionamiento seguro.Cada apartamento tiene un estacionamiento privado.Lo primero es ir a la recepción, si está abierta, y tomar su llave, luego va al apartamento, y si la recepción está cerrada, obtendrá una caja que contiene su llave e información sobre el apartamento. من اجمل الشقق التي سكنتها هذي كانت ثاني زياره لي زرتها في 2019 وفي 2023 موقعها جداً جميل واطلالتها جميلة جداً وهادئة وباردة في الليل وفيها مواقف مجانية وخاصه و امنه وكل شقه لها موقف خاص الاستقبال يبعد عن الشقه تقريباً 3 دقائق بالسياره لازم تفهم نظام الشقق قبل تحجز اول شي تروح الاستقبال اذا كان فاتح وتاخذ مفتاحك بعدها تروح الشقه واذا كان مقفل الاستقبال بتحصل بوكس فيه مفتاحك ومعلومات الشقه انصح في الشقه نظيفه وموظفين متعاونين وجميلين باذن الله دائماً راح تكون اقامتي هنا بدون تردد"

"We were a 10 minute walk to the lift and close to a supermarket and a few restaurants. The apartment was warm and the shower was good. You’re still paying a lot for a pretty basic apartment but I guess that’s skiing!"

"The price considering it’s a one bed but to be fair us and our 3 kids all fit in fine on sofa beds and a chair that turned into a bed. It was worth it for the convenient location"

"The announce on booking.com was very confusing, on the location. The advertisement map location is different than the real appartement building which was written in text. At the end it worked because we had a car and parking was easy, but the presentation deserve a little rework to increase clarity."

"We asked for an upgrade and it was done without difficulty. The flat was comfortable , quiet and clean and well located close to the gondola."

"My only suggestion for improvement is that I think we should be given an extra one or two bin liners for the kitchen bin and there was no tea towel provided to dry plates, cutlery."

"The apartment is pretty much as described. It’s clean, warm and suitable for a small family. Parking space is ample (double) and it’s close (uphill/downhill) ~10min walk to El Tartar gondola, and maybe 10min drive to Soldeu. It’s on the ground floor but it has mountain views. Shutter was broken but it got fixed within a day of requesting."

"Having to pay €13/day for onsite parking is definitely not ideal, when parking is already available within the building. Sofabed is on the hard side, so a mattress topper could help. Kitchen dishwasher liquid and tablets, and bin liners provided did not match a week’s stay :( The kitchen is adequate but could have more crockery as it’s pretty exact of only 4 of everything."
