"The staff was excellent and very helpful, especially when I needed snow covers for the car wheels and help to dig my car out of the snow. The hotel has a designated person who will assist you in any situation, always with a smile and willingness (and yes, he was tipped, but he truly deserved it). Breakfast is plentiful, and if you prefer not to go out for dinner, the bar serves good food. The Gondola entrance is conveniently located just across the road, and the hotel also provides a place to store ski gear."

"The hotel management stopped responding to my request to cancel my booking because I hadn’t reserved with that option, even though I filed it less than 24 hours after booking. As a result, I had to stay at a hotel far from the group of friends I came with. Agreeing to my request wouldn’t have affected them much—it felt like pure stubbornness. On top of that, the wheel covers were priced at four times what they cost in the shop. While the staff did arrange it for me while I was enjoying the slopes, it still felt a bit greedy."

"The bar was eye wateringly expensive. Sixty euro for three drinks. No wonder it was never busy. Also to use the spa was 55 euro, which was not made clear at the time of booking. It is described as a charge based on the season."
